2026 March Break Youth Session!
Join us for our March Break Session of Qmunity Camp NWT, March 11 - 17th at the Camp Connections Site on the Ingraham Trail on Chief Drygeese, Akaitcho Territory outside of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
Qmunity Camp NWT provides on the Land programming to support Northern 2SLGBTQIPA+ youth connect with identity, Land, culture and community.
Applications are open to youth age 12-18 living in the NWT who self identify as Indigenous and 2SLGBTQIPA+ and/or are questioning their identities.
All expenses for participants are covered thanks to our funders. There is no charge to any participant for attending or traveling for Qmunity Camp NWT programming.
We will make all attempts to accommodate special medical, nutritional, and personal needs. Please be honest about your needs and we will work with you as much as possible to make sure that you have the best time at Camp! While we are in session our camp remains closed to the public to ensure the safety of all campers and staff.
Qmunity Camp NWT provides Northern 2SLGBTQIPA+ youth with a safe, inclusive, supportive and creative space to find themselves, connect with like-minded youth, and learn more about gender, sexuality and identity. We made this space to make 2SLGBTQIPA+ youth feel loved and accepted so they can remain connected to their communities and culture, while celebrating their Traditional identities.

Our camp schedules changes session to session but you can expect the following types of activities:
Circle Discussions Surrounding Gender, Sexuality and Body Positivity
Traditional Arts and Land Based Skill Building Activities
Arts Activities Exploring Gender Expression
Expressive Arts
3 Meal Times And 2 Snacks, Daily
Daily ceremonies
Educational workshops on gender and identity
